Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemicals businesses with around 93,000 employees in more than 90 countries. Among the many and varied areas of activity we have supported Shell in are internal comms, online marketing tool development, employer brand marketing, event support and organisational change projects. Our main area of focus has been to support the H.R. team by generating local recruitment marketing campaigns to ensure they maintain and grow their highly skilled workforce.

Recently this has encompassed a comprehensive recruitment marketing tool kit combining approved brand imagery and messaging with messaging content tailored specifically to the AsiaPac market.

The kit featured online and printed collateral including advertising, brochures and event support materials. Aimed at graduates and experienced professionals, from both commercial and technical backgrounds, the tool kit’s various components required focused content with a tone of voice relevant to each audience.

With such a large range of collateral and several stakeholders involved in the approval process, a stringent project management approach was critical to the success of this launch, which was delivered on schedule.
