Oyster Studios were commissioned to bring a fresh perspective and innovative approach to a recruitment advertising campaign for a groundbreaking construction project in Malaysia. The challenge was to set Technip apart from the competition and deliver a compelling recruitment message that created brand engagement with the target audience.
The brief also required close adherence to the stringent corporate brand guidelines whilst delivering a creative concept that would be appealing and compelling.
The solution was to invite the reader to imagine how their involvement in this project would not only take their career to the next level but offer an genuine opportunity to make a difference to the world. Essentially rather than focussing on the experience or qualifications of the candidates the campaign revolved around promoting the unique experience of working at Technip and the impact that the potential employee could have on the energy and engineering sector.
The campaign was turned around in under 2 weeks in multiple languages and delivered across print media in the region. The client reported a good response rate with recruitment targets being met well within the required timescales.
