Challenge

To develop a local marketing campaign for Heirs & Graces Day Nursery in Tring to raise awareness of the nursery, encourage visits and secure registrations to fill all available places for the new academic year.

Heirs & Graces is a family-run day nursery located in a stunning Victorian home in Tring. They offer a variety of activities, along with home-cooked meals and a forest school, to boost each child’s confidence and prepare them for school. Our challenge was to assist Heirs & Graces in filling all available nursery places in September.

To raise the profile of Heirs & Graces and position the nursery as an excellent choice for childcare and early years education in the local area.

To raise the profile of Heirs & Graces, we implemented a variety of marketing solutions to effectively convey the core messaging and brand values of the nursery. Our messaging was straightforward yet powerful, emphasising a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, explore and have fun.

The first step in our marketing strategy was to develop colourful, playful and inviting press ads that showcased the nursery’s key benefits and features. Using bright colours and eye-catching imagery, we made sure the messaging was clear, concise and impactful. This allowed parents to quickly skim over the copy and get a positive impression of the nursery from the get-go. The press ads resonated with readers, effectively showcasing why Heirs & Graces is the perfect choice for a child’s development. We brought these visuals to life on social media by creating colourful mastheads for the nursery on Facebook and Instagram.

To further enhance the nursery’s brand, we developed an engaging presentation folder for current and prospective parents, along with a second folder to welcome new staff members. Additionally, we developed a suite of Facebook advertisements to promote the nursery to appeal to parents in the Tring area. Our target audience comprised parents of young children between the ages of 0-5. The ads were crafted in a friendly and encouraging tone, highlighting the nursery’s key benefits and features, while emphasising how Heirs & Graces supports each child’s growth and development.

We were really pleased with the results of the campaign and will definitely look at doing it again towards the end of the year with an emphasis on forest school. Thank you for all your hard work!
